I am Massachusetts resident and I replaced my septic system in 2018, and how do I file the schedule SC for repair or replace a failed septic system credit?

Go to the Massachusetts interview in TurboTax and proceed until you come to a screen with the heading "Massachusetts Credits".

If you are eligible for the credit, the second line should be Septic credit***. Click on Start. You will enter the data for the credit on the next several screens.

***Some taxpayers are not eligible for the credit, for example dependents and non-homeowners. See the Massachusetts webpage here.
