Question

I am told to fix Virginia return. I work in DC but pay my taxes in Virginia. Says I must file d-40b. On TT?

Yes, you can file Form D-40B on TurboTax. It is the District of Columbia non-resident tax return.

 

Unfortunately, e-file is not available for Form D-40B.

 

To add this form to your return:

  1. Select State, then Your State Returns toward the top center.
  2. Look for Add another state toward the bottom left. 
  3. Select District of Columbia from the dropdown and complete your return.
