Question

I am unable to get my 2019 North Carolina Tax to file, the turbotax tool is stuck at "I'm not ready to file" which I cannot change or edit.

1)  Try going back into the Federal section  (left-side menu), and working your way into the NC tax return from there...before stepping thru the filing steps again

 

2) Log out and try a different browser?

 

3)  IF you filed the Federal separately, you cannot e-file NC until the feds respond with an "Accepted"

4)  If using a phone to prepare...don't go to a large screen device to log in again and try working thru it there
