I and my husband's employers are both in Maryland and we resided in Pennsylvania and California. Which states do we need to file income taxes?

You will both file resident tax returns in the state that you are a resident in.  Please clarify if you both worked in Maryland or did you work remotely?  Did your employer withhold Maryland taxes?  Please provide more information.

Thanks for the reply. I worked (physically) in PA and resided in PA but my employer's address on w2 is in MD. My husband's company is in MD but we resided in PA and CA as he's been working remotely. I just noticed his state taxes were withheld in all three (MD, PA, CA) states. He reported his change of address too late. (we both lived in MD until mid 2022)
