What is happening?  Are you getting an error message while trying to electronically file your tax return?

 

If you used the non-filer portal to register for the stimulus payment, you will not be able to file electronically.  You will need to mail your tax return instead.

 

You will find this option in the File section of the program.  See the following link for more instructions.

 

Switch from E-file to mail
