If you had pass-through tax from a KPI:

    • Go the Tell Us About Other Income Adjustments
    • Select Had pass-through state income tax from K-1s
    • Enter the amount

If you had MN state income tax withheld from your partnership:

    1. In the search box type estimated tax payments
    2. Select Jump to estimated tax payments
    3. Go to Other Income Taxes Paid in 2020 (even if paid in 2021 it's for 2020)
    4. Then Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099
    5. You will see a box for State Withholdings
    6. Select Minnesota and enter the amount from your KPI.
