I do I correct the amount for state return return on tubotax? It is off $23 when it pulled in the 2021 return

I think you may be referring to your state refund from the previous year. If so, it won't affect your tax return unless you itemize your deductions, and then only in some circumstances. You may be itemizing if you deduct things like mortgage interest and property taxes and TurboTax will tell you if you are taking the standard deduction or itemized dedutions after you finish entering your deductions.
