Question

I do not have any schedule 1 benefits to claim, but MI state return asks me to review and give mimimum value of 1 in every box.?

As you are in the free version, I would recommend you go ahead and delete the Michigan return, and then start the state return again by Adding another state and selecting MI.  

 

The information for the state return is pulled in from your input in the federal section and any questions you answer in the state interview section.  

 

If this does not resolve your issue, please comment on the section you are in and which lines are asking you to enter 1 in the boxes.
