Question

I do not pay S- tax on my annuity. On state it asks for Non-tax MA Pen, if I put the full amount 50910. on review it says i should not enter the amount on form1

It says to complete a pensions and Annuities Smart Worksheet. how do I complete this properly

To clarify,

Does it say not to enter BOX 1?

Are you entering the full amount or only the taxable amount in Box 2? Or is Box 2 blank or say "Undetermined"?
