I don’t have any state or local sales tax but they keep asking me to input it. How do I prevent this from happening?

Type 'sales tax' in the Search window, then 'Jump to sales tax'.

At the screen 'Sales Tax and Income Tax' choose Continue With Sales Tax.

Choose Easy Guide on the next screen.

On the next screen, Places You Lived, DELETE any entries there (screenshot).
