I don't understand what it's asking me to doTraditional based sD enter ohio modified adjusted gross income. It brings up a docs form idk what to enter

    You can find your OH modified adjusted gross income by looking at your Ohio tax form. Usually it is your line 3 income. For complete accuracy, page 8 of Tax Year 2024 states: Modified adjusted gross income (MAGI) is your Ohio adjusted gross income (Ohio IT 1040, line 3) plus your business income deduction (Ohio Schedule of Adjustments, line 13). If you did not take a business income deduction, your MAGI matches your Ohio adjusted gross income.

     

    SD would be school district tax which is in Oho. See if you need to file,  Guide to Ohio's School District Income Tax - Ohio DOR
