I e-filed my North Carolina state taxes on February 2,2019 and it’s been almost 12weeks and it is still saying that it is in sage 1 if there is anyone out there with help

Only NC can tell you the reason for the delay. They do not inform TT.

State refunds can take a long time, especially in some states who are cracking down on ID theft.

When you log into your account, what is showing for the "return status" for the state return? Does it say accepted, rejected, started, incomplete, printed, or ready to mail?

If you efiled, does the state return status show up in this tool?
