I filed my taxes for 2020 and I forgot to add another W4 under north Carolina

You can print your North Carolina NC-4 (the state version of the federal Form W-4) from the state's Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate NC-4 page. Submission instructions are in the form package.

Form NC-4 is submitted so your employer can withhold the proper amount of state income tax from your pay.
