Question

I filed my taxes for 2021 with Turbotax from desktop app. Fed and NJ State rejected initial filed forms. NJ State has no record of electronic transfer of forms?

Need to figure out how to determine if Turbo Tax really sent my files to NJ state. Had to file an amended return by paper as turbo tax would not submit my amended return electronically. NJ state needs original version to process my NJ1040X.

You didn't file.
print your revised NJ-1040 tax return in its entirely and mail it in without Form 1040-X.

NJ does have my 1040X

TurboTax never submitted my regular 1040 for NJ

i am working on finding a prior to 1040X modifications version.

another problem is nj only supports certain po box versions of their notifications and the po box 269 is not one of them so have to mail in hard copy once i find it
