We cannot see what you are trying to work on, but you posted your question under the "State" category.  Few state software program and state tax forms are ready so your problem might just be that your state is not ready for you to work on it yet and you need to wait awhile.

No hurry to e-file since the IRS will not begin to accept/reject 2023 e-files until January 29.   And….a state return cannot be accepted until after the IRS accepts your federal return.
