The W2 is entered only once for each employer in the federal section of the return. Any state information there is carried to your state return automatically, You can check the state information on your W2 (lines 15-17), to make sure the CT information is correctly entered. If you need to "add another row" for a second state you can do that.
Please go directly to review the information using these steps either TurboTax (online or desktop).
1. Search box in the upper right
2. Search for W2 > Jump to W2
3. Edit the W2 to review and/or change
4. Click the images attached to enlarge and view for assistance.
