I have a refund for Virginia state taxes but want to apply all of it to my 2025 Virginia estimated tax bill. How do I do this in TurboTax?

When you walk through the preparation of your Virginia tax return in TurboTax, this is where you can indicate you want your Virginia refund applied to your 2025 return:

1. Walk through the interview questions until you come to a screen that says A few things before we wrap up your State Taxes, 
2. Choose Start next to Make Estimated Tax Payments for Next Year.  
3. Enter your 2025 estimated income, deductions, etc.  
4. Next, you will come to the screen that says Apply Overpayment?  
5. Indicate that you want your 2024 Virginia refund applied to your 2025 estimated tax payments.
