I have a renters rebate form and I can't find anywhere to submit it

where do I apply my renters rebate form

The rent you paid as a tenant is not deductible on a Federal tax return. However, some States have a renter’s rebate for a personal residence or apartment. 

If your State asks rent related questions while answering the TurboTax State interview questions, it will cover that deduction.
