I have e-filed my state taxes and need to provide a copy of my 1099-R to Pennsylvania. Is there a specific address to send a form to the PA state revenue office?

There doesn't appear to be a specific address listed for this purpose in the Instructions for Form PA-40, but if you'll go to the Preview or print returns section of TurboTax, you should be able to find the relevant address in the instructions for your Pennsylvania return.

Don't send the Form 1099-R documents that print from TurboTax. Send Copy 1 or Copy 2 of the Form 1099-R that you received in the mail or via download from your payer.
