I keep trying to review my taxes and it is flagging me for "Check this Entry" Schedule SD WH: W-2 School District Tax should be entered on federal Form W-2, Box 19

I can't figure out what it is looking for. It gives me the form that I can scroll, but there is no field that is open to enter anything.

Look in this area on your W2's:

 

Do you have anything in these boxes? They either all need to be filled in or all left blank (not with 0's).
