Both states require filing in the same status as your federal return.  So your only choice to keep incomes in separate states is for each of you to file using Married Filing Separate status for federal and your respective states.  Your federal and OR return would only have your income and deductions.  Your spouse's federal and ID returns would only have her income and deductions.

If somehow you mistakenly added your spouse's income in your return you would edit your return and in the federal Wages & Income section remove any of your spouse's income.  That will remove that income from your OR return as well.

Note: If you have already filed (transmitted) your returns you will need to wait.

First, you are waiting for either an acceptance or rejection message. If rejected you will be able to correct the item causing the rejection and be able to make any other changes needed before resubmitting.

If you get an acceptance then you will need to wait for your return to process (refund deposited for example).  Then you will need to amend your return to make any changes.  You would select the "Amend" option at sign in to your TurboTax account and follow the prompts.

Here is a link with more information on the amend process.

Finally.  If you have already filed a federal joint return and you wish to file separately.  You can amend a return to change from married filing joint to married filing separate ONLY if you do so prior to the original filing deadline without extensions.  So, once you file a joint return you can not change it to a separate return if the filing deadline has already passed.
