I live in Alabama, but I work in Georgia. How to I not get taxed by both states?

You must report all of your wages to your state of residence, Alabama.  You will then be taxed on them.  Since you earned wages in Georgia, you'll need to file a nonresident return in Georgia, but you can take a credit for those out-of-state taxes on your Alabama return to reduce your Alabama liability.
