Question

I live in but did not work in Arizona at all and filed no W2 with the state. It says I owe them $65 and there is $65 in my 18a/e on my 1040 return. Why is that there?

The amount of line 18a on the 1040 is a credit for the Earned income Credit. It is not a tax. Please see the below link for more information.
