If you worked in Louisiana then you will have to file a nonresident state income tax return for Louisiana.

In the My Info section of the program when entering your personal information you are asked specifically if you made money in any other states.  You need to answer Yes and choose Louisiana as the state.

To file LA non resident return: How do I file a nonresident state return?

Nonresident  taxpayers who are required to file a federal individual income tax return are required to file a Louisiana income tax return, IT-540B, reporting all income earned from Louisiana sources. The calculation for the IT-540B requires that a taxpayer report all income from all sources in order to determine a ratio of Louisiana adjusted gross income to Federal adjusted gross income. Only income earned from Louisiana sources, however, is taxed.
