I live in Indiana and worked the last couple months of 2020 in IL. How do I do this on Turbo Tax for the State Return?

File a full-year resident Indiana income tax return and a non-resident Illinois income tax return. IN will give you credit for tax paid to IL.

You have to file for IN because you live there and for IL because you worked there (even for a few months).
