Toe enter the W-2G, in the TurboTax Online product, enter your return, then click on Income, then click on Add Income, then click on Less Common Income, then scroll down to Gambling Winnings and click on Add. This will allow you to add your W-2G.

In the CD/download product, go to Wages & Income->Less Common Income->Prizes, Awards, and Gambling Winnings to enter the W-2G.

Yes, you probably have to file a Louisiana return. See the following.

WHO MUST FILE A RETURN (FORM IT-540B) 1. If you are a nonresident, or part-year resident with income from Louisiana sources who is required to file a federal individual income tax return, you must file a Louisiana return reporting income earned in 2024.

See Instructions for non residents of Louisiana.

So, if you made enough money to have to file the federal return, then you have to file a Louisiana return as well.
