Question

I live in the UK, I am a US citizen, I don't have a W2 form. I am paying taxes here. Do I need to file my taxes online?

Do I need to report it to the IRS? Can I do it via Turbotax?

As a US citizen you are required to report your worldwide income on a tax return.

You report your Foreign Earned Income on Form 2555 which is included in the TurboTax online editions of Deluxe or higher.

You would need a US credit card with a US billing address to pay for the TurboTax online account fees.

And note that the IRS deadline for e-filing a 2022 tax return is October 16, 2023.  After that date, you can only prepare and mail your 2022 tax return via paper forms.

TurboTax makes it hard for you to purchase their service if you don't have a US bank account and a US credit card.
