Question

I lived and worked in Indiana for 4 months, Minnesota for 5 months, I lived and worked in Wisconsin for 3 months. Do I claim part-year residency for each state?

I didn’t technically become a resident of each state but I moved away from Indiana at the end of April

Your resident state is where you intend to live, you vote, friends, driver's license, the things that make it home. The other states are non-resident. Perhaps you are part-year resident in two of the states but I doubt all 3. If you still have IN license, I would say IN resident for the year.
