I lived in another state for 1/2 of the year but made 0 income for that half of the year. Do I have to file state taxes for that state?

I graduated college and changed states. Lived in state A for just over 1/2 of the year making 0 income. I made all my money while living in state B. Do I have to file taxes in state A?

No, if you had no income from state A or any other source while you were a resident of state A, then you do not need to file a tax return for state A.
