I lived in PA until August, then moved to SC, but continued to work remotely with the same company until November. How do I right size my SC taxable income?

My PA return is accurate, but my SC return is pulling my full year income. I see no prompt to reduce my SC taxable income.

As you go through your South Carolina return you will come to a page where it asks you to allocate your income for South Carolina. It will show your federal income and then a box to fill in how much income is allocated to South Carolina.

Each state is only permitted to tax your income on the portion of the income that is attributed to that state.
