Question

I lived in wisconsin from july to october,and worked there as a J1.Should I choose I had more than one state of residence?

      No, you would not choose you had more than one state of residence. This is the only state where you would need to report income for the year. As an FYI, you would report a 1040 NR with our affiliate at Sprint Tax.
