I'm a MA resident, worked in NY. Originally I tried to report only MA income option (W-2 Box 16). I've realized that's incorrect. I can't find the screen to correct my response to "No".

I'm in the review stage of State Taxes, and when I walk through the review and update pages, I no longer see page available.

It depends.  If both states are reported on your W-2, you do want to exclude the NY income, otherwise your total income is doubled-up, making you double-taxed in both states.  If only NY is listed, then you do not need this, and will make the no answer you mention.  There are two screens in the MA screen that can assist you to input the right information.  See the screenshots below to make the adjustments you need on your return (my arrows and circles are to exclude the income.  If you need to include it, then click yes on the first screen to edit and then the other box to include all income):
