I'm a non-resident New Mexico worker with a Texas 1099 as well. How do I full out New Mexico Apportionment form for that setup?

I'm a non-resident New Mexico worker with a Texas 1099 as well. How do I fill out New Mexico Apportionment form for that setup?

    If you performed the services or conducted the business for which you received the 1099 in New Mexico, you would have to include it as New Mexico income.  Of you received the 1099 for work done in Texas, it would not be New Mexico income.
