I'm a resident of Minnesota but work in Wisconsin when Can I file my taxes for Wisconsin. My federal and state for Minnesota was accepted

Wisconsin Form 1NPR, Nonresident & Part-Year Resident Income Tax is expected to be available on Mar. 2. This is a target date and forms do not become available at midnight. It can happen at any time during the day.

You will still have plenty of time. The filing deadline for Wisconsin is April 18.
