I’m doing my Illinois taxes in TurboTax and how can I fix 4a on Schedule ICR

When I finish it was one of the forms that I had to fix was the Schedule ICR

    what seems to be the issue? there are multiple things that can cause issues. if your AGI is over $500K MFJ $250K all other filing status, the credit is not allowed. see these two threads
