I m getting an error on my NYS return, "Other Addition/Subtractions is not valid. What is this?

To remove any erroneous information in TurboTax Online: 

1. Open TurboTax Online
2. Select  Tax Home in the left pane
3. Select the dropdown to the right of State Taxes
4. Select  Pick up where you left off or the edit pencil
5. Proceed through the state interview until you get to the Changes to Federal Income screen
6. Scroll down, looking for any category that might have an Update button to its right
7. If an addition or subtraction category that doesn't apply to you is displaying an Update button, select Update
8. Remove any information that doesn't apply to you, then select  Continue
9. Back on the Changes to Federal Income screen, repeat as necessary
10. If no other changes are needed, select Done with Changes

If this shouldn't work, try closing TurboTax, then clear your browser's cache and delete your cookies.  See the TurboTax Help articles How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for guidance. 

Then, close the browser and re-open it.  Open TurboTax Online again and pick up where you left off.
