I'm in the military, live in Kansas with my wife and kid. I own a house in Georgia but am a resident of Texas and my wife is a resident of Iowa do I need to file taxes in Georgia

No. Unless this GA house is a rental house and you had a net rental income during the calendar year (for which you would need a GA nonresident state income tax return to report this rental income), then you will not have a GA nonresident state income tax return filing.
