I'm opening a dripshipping company in MI. supplier is in China and Won't charge sales tax& I will sell on amazon that remit the sale tax.Do I need resale certificate?
I am opening a drip shipping company in Michigan. The supplier will be in China and I will sell on amazon. Do I need a resale certificate in Michigan or any other states? Do I need
(I am not dealing with sales tax because the supplier will not charge me a sale tax ( it is in China) and amazon remit the sale tax from the customers and give it to IRS)
