I need to fill out a Rhode Island NR tax return to pay the capital gains tax on a vacation home there that we sold.
I go to "State Taxes" and click on "Get Another State". TT says "We'll save you return before continuing. Come back to TT to finish your return." I click OK. TT says 'saving return". Then a blank window opens. I wait around a while, the close it. Nothing happened, and I'm looking at the pages that offers "Get another state".
