I moved back to India (from the US-CT state) on 9 Dec 2023. The question states 'State of residence (31st Dec 2023)'

In the My Info section, way down at the bottom of the dropdown list of states right after Wyoming is the choice "Foreign country."  But first, you need to be sure you can even use TurboTax, depending on your citizenship and other criteria.  For instance, if you are considered to be a "non-resident alien for tax purposes" and required to file a Form 1040-NR, TurboTax doesn't handle that type of return, but we can tell you about a TurboTax partner company that can.

You said you moved "back to India."   What is your citizenship status?  How are you classified for tax purposes?   Were you in the USA on a visa, and if so, what type?  What dates were you in the USA?  Are you married?     Once you report back, I can ask someone familiar with international filing to assist you.
