Question

I moved from AZ to IN in 2021. I became a resident in IN on 03/01/2021. I work in KY. Do I need to file taxes in KY?

Kentucky and Indiana have a reciprocity agreement so if you gave your Kentucky employer a withholding exemption (so no Kentucky taxes were withheld/ look at boxes 15,16,17 on your W2) and you had no other Kentucky income you will only have to file in Indiana (and Part Year for Arizona if required).

Here's the document you need to give to your KY employer (if they are withholding KY taxes from your pay):
