I moved from il to tx in 2019. il is requesting my il id. ow do i enter tx id on my federal return and il id on my state return?

il rejected my return because i didn't use an il id.

A drivers license is not required for your federal return.  It sounds like you are filing a part-year return for IL.  If you gave up your IL license and got a TX drivers license you will have to print, sign and mail your IL return.  IL is really strict about only allowing you to e-file with an IL ID or IL driver's license.
