I moved from NY to PA in 2024. Do I have to file a NY return if I only lived in NY for 137 days and I did not work in NY?

    If you had any income from any source during the time you were a New York resident (or any New York-source income after you moved away), then you would have to file a part-year resident New York tax return.  You can find more details here:
