I moved out of my parents house on June 20th, 2019. I was 17 when I moved out. I started paying for half of my own living expenses when I moved out, including phone bill, car insurance, getting my own

So what is your situation? Did your parents file a return claiming you as a dependent?  if so, you can still file a return to get back some of your wages that were withheld  but you would need to specify in your return that you are a dependent of someone else. if they didn't file you as a dependent, then you are free to file a return with no restrictions.
