Question

I moved to South Korea to teach English in August 2019. I did not live in Arizona on December 31, 2019. How do I proceed with the parts, where I lived and where I moved?

For state income tax purposes, unless you moved to South Korea with the intention and affirmative steps to make South Korea you permanent domicile, you would be still be an Arizona resident.  You can just indicate that you made money in another state and indicate Foreign.
