I must've checked the Military Spouse Exemption for DC Non-Resident Request for Refund

I must've checked the Military Spouse Exemption for DC Non-Resident Request for Refund when I filed. My wife received a letter requesting Form DD 2058, Jan 2018 but she's not a military spouse.

How do I fix this with the DC office of tax and revenue? Thoughts on what I need to do?

Use the contact information on the letter you received to contact the proper office handling your case.  Explain the situation and the representative will explain any actions you may need to take for resolution.  Once the representative understands the situation they will likely take care of the corrections for you.
