I need help with my Massachusetts tax form, Credit for Income Taxes Paid to Other Jurisdictions Worksheet?

Line A box is checked indicating a credit because of paying taxes to another state which I did not do. Turbo Tax will not let me clear it.

if the amount of tax credited to your MA tax is zero,

it doesn't matter.
