Question

I need to amend my Michigan taxes. I forgot to add my income and the money from my homestead account.

    if you e-filed the state return you have to wait until it has been fully processed before you can amend it.   And.....what do you meant by "I forgot to add my income..."?   Income is entered on your federal return and then it flows to your state return.  Did you forget to add income on your federal tax return?
