I need to know which tax package to use so I can file the Washington DC Form D30 Franchise with my taxes?

Last year, a TTX moderator indicated that the D-30 was not available in either in the Personal versions of TurboTax, nor in the separate Business version.  (not known if this will change for the  2019 tax forms...but I suspect that it is unlikely).

You probably have to go to the DC tax site and get the paper/PDF forms to fill out manually (the 2019 D-30 tax forms are not published yet on the DC tax website, at least not that I can find)....but perhaps someone else knows better
