I separated Dec 2021. He lived in Texas full time, I live in Arizona full time. He passed away Jan 2024. Do I file Arizona state tax for his wages earned in 2024?

we never divorced and texas does not have legal separation

If you choose to file Married Filing Jointly, you will not need to include his wages in income for Arizona. In the personal info section, make sure to choose that he was a resident of Texas for 2024. When you go through the AZ section, you'll be asked to enter the Arizona portion of your income. Enter only your income items.
